The air conditioning struggled to keep large rooms cool, making it uncomfortable at times. Wi-Fi in the rooms was mostly spotty or failed altogether for extended periods, though it performed well near the pool. Housekeeping was inconsistent. it often left rooms unserviced for several days, resulting in hygiene concerns that detracted from the overall experience.

Beautiful landscaping around the yard makes it pleasant.

During my stay, I found the rooms to be not really clean, with some areas in the bathroom likely untouched for years. Furthermore, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which was frustrating, especially when I reported that a lamp was not working in our room and it remained unaddressed for the entire stay. It left a negative impression on what could have otherwise been a great vacation.

The spacious room offered a fantastic view of the pool and garden, complemented by a lovely balcony. Staff members were exceptionally attentive, quickly addressing our needs, making the experience enjoyable. The location provided a serene atmosphere, but nighttime disturbances from nearby roosters hindered our sleep quality. Additionally, the pool cleanliness left something to be desired, with debris present throughout our stay.

I had a great time staying in a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities, which made it perfect for my needs. The resort's beautiful landscaping and quiet environment provided a peaceful escape while being close enough to restaurants and bars. A highlight was the friendly Swiss manager who was incredibly accommodating and assisted us with any requests. One area for improvement would be having two access cards. I often locked myself out.

This place suits me perfectly. It has free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions, which I remember fondly. I recommend enjoying the jacuzzi. I'm coming back for Easter!

The only downside was the noise from the roosters, which made it tough to sleep. If you're sensitive to sound, consider a room away from the roosters.
